At Band of Rescuers, we value feedback and take complaints seriously. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.

How to Make a Complaint
If you have a complaint please follow the steps below to ensure your concerns are addressed effectively.

Step 1: Contact Us
Please email your complaint to bandofrescuersteam@gmail.com with the following details:

Your name and contact information.

A clear description of your complaint.

Any relevant supporting documents or evidence.

Step 2: Acknowledgment
Once we receive your complaint, we will send you an acknowledgment email within seven working days, confirming receipt and outlining the next steps.

Step 3: Investigation & Response

We will review your concerns and conduct an investigation if necessary.

A response will be provided within 14 working days, detailing any actions taken and resolutions offered.
Step 4: Escalation
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may request further review. We will reassess the matter and provide a final resolution within 30 working days.
We are always keen to assist with any queries or concerns you may have but we hope you understand that our team will not respond to any messages, emails, voicemails, or written communication, which are considered to be aggressive, abusive or threatening.
